By using our website, purchasing tickets, or attending our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

• Furrbit Limited (“Furribe”) provides dog-friendly events, community activities, and related services.
• These Terms govern your use of our website, events, and services.

2. Tickets & Events

• Tickets must be purchased in advance through our authorised providers (e.g., TicketTailor).
• All sales are final and non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
• Every attending dog must have a valid dog ticket (free but required).
• Children under 6 enter free but must have a ticket booked.
• Attendance at events is at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participating in dog-friendly events.

3. Responsibilities of Dog Owners

• Only friendly, well-socialised, and vaccinated dogs may attend.
• Aggressive, pregnant, or in-season dogs cannot attend.
• Owners remain fully responsible for their dogs at all times.
• Owners must clean up after their dogs.
• The recommended ratio is a maximum of 2 dogs per adult.

4. Liability and Indemnity

• Furribe and the venue accept no responsibility for your dog or its actions.
• Furribe, its employees, volunteers, and the venue accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or illness to persons, dogs, or property arising out of or in connection with attendance at our events, except where caused by our negligence.
• Attendees participate in events at their own risk. Owners are fully responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by their dog(s) or by their own actions, and agree to indemnify Furribe and the venue against any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from such incidents.
• Furribe is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, personal belongings, or missed travel arrangements.
• If your dog harms another dog or person, you are personally liable.
• If your dog is harmed by another, the matter must be resolved between owners as in a public space.

5. Safety & Conduct

• You agree to follow event safety rules and respect staff instructions.
• Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour (human or dog) may result in removal without refund.

6. Photography & Media

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
• Media may be used for Furribe’s marketing across our website, social channels, and press.
• If you wish to opt out, please inform a team member where possible.

7. Changes & Cancellation

• Furribe reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel events.
• If cancelled, refunds (minus booking fees) or credit towards a future event will be provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
